Refund Policy

30 Days Money Back Guarantee

We provide 30 days money back guarantee for our Linux Web Hosting, Windows Web Hosting and Reseller Hosting plans subject to following conditions.

Refund is limited to one per customer, only the first Linux Web Hosting, Windows Web Hosting and Reseller Hosting plan subscription you purchased from us, will be eligible for 30 days money back guarantee.

Refund will be given only for the Linux Web Hosting, Windows Web Hosting and Reseller Hosting plan purchased. If any other product, service Or license is purchased with Linux Web Hosting, Windows Web Hosting and Reseller Hosting such as Domain, G Suite or other licenses, the refund will not include that.

A refund request must be sent to us by sending email at billing[at]Innofreak.com within 30 days of purchasing the subscription. After the refund request, you will receive a confirmation email from us to confirm the account termination. The user will get 7 days of time to back up their data after we will receive the refund request. After 7 days, the account will be terminated and all the user data will be deleted from the server without any further notice.

A refund will be processed within 15 days of receiving the refund request. No refund will be granted to the accounts closed for terms of services, acceptable user policy, and privacy policy violation. The refund amount will be refunded through the original mode of payment.

Domain, Third Party Services Registration, and Renewals

All Domain Name or Third Party Services Registrations and Renewals are Final. These services can not be cancelled or refunded. Cancellation and refund will only be processed for Linux Web Hosting, Windows Web Hosting and Reseller Hosting Services.

Late Payment

We do not provide any extension to the invoices, all invoices should be paid by due date to avoid Account Suspension. Accounts not paid by the due date have a 10 days grace period before the Account Is Terminated. These invoices are subjected to a 10% late fee that must be paid to reactivate the Account.

We, will make every attempt possible to contact the client 24 hours prior to Account Termination. Once the account has been terminated all data including backups will be scrubbed from our servers. There is no possibility of recovering the data once the Account Is Terminated.
